The S6 Caritas Award students in St Aidan’s High School in Wishaw were recently involved, with their Head Teacher and school Chaplain, in preparing some materials to help pupils to prepare for participating in the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession).

The attached paper – ‘An Examination of Conscience before Confession: a young person’s reflection on appropriate and Christian behaviour’ – is the latest result of their deliberations. This will be used by St Aidan’s pupils as they prepare for Confessions during the Season of Lent and then it will be evaluated by the Caritas Award group.
