The head teachers from the Archdiocese of St Andrews and Edinburgh joined Archbishop Leo Cushley for a day of professional learning on the 22nd May 2017.
The programme included a reflection from Archbishop Cushley on the vital role of the head teacher as faith leader of the school community. This was followed by a challenging input from Mr. Frank Lennon on the place of Catholic schools in the current, changing educational world and a session from Barbara Coupar on the legacy of the 1918 Education (Scotland Act)
