Monday 6th June 2016 was a glorious day in Glasgow for the celebration of the faith-filled service of 1,040 young people who have merited the Caritas Award in 2016.  Glasgow’s Clyde Auditorium was packed to with almost 3,000 thousand pupils, teachers, parents and family members who wanted to recognise the worth of these young people.  Among the tributes paid to them was a special greeting and Apostolic Blessing from Pope Francis who urged the young people “to courageously witness to the live that God has for every individual  person”.
