This unit aims to build on the learning covered in the BGE (Creation, Original Sin, Sacraments of Initiation and Reconciliation). The learner will deepen their understanding of our relationship with God by recalling the Genesis narratives. Learners will explore in greater depth their understanding of what it means to be made in the image and likeness of God, and this will be developed further in S5/6. By the end of this unit the learner should understand that, through Christ, humanity can achieve Salvation and reflect on how this affects them today.
