Education Sunday Letter from Bishops

The Catholic Bishops of Scotland have sent a letter to be read out in every parish at Masses on Education Sunday (8th February 2015).  Signed by Archbishop Tartaglia, as President of the Bishops’ Conference of Scotland, the letter encourages everyone in the Catholic community to let others see how being Christian is not a burden or a source of embarrassment but, rather, something beautiful and enriching in our lives, something which is good for the world.  The letter also appeals for more people to come forward to be teachers in Catholic schools.

The text of this letter can be downloaded below.
