This session will explore the Sacrament of the Eucharist at an adult level as well as reviewing the core learning and lessons involved in preparing pupils for the reception of the Sacrament. Support and advice for classroom implementation and sacramental preparation will be offered and there will be an opportunity for dialogue with colleagues.
During this core day for SLC probationers who are working in a denominational school, there will be an opportunity to explore: the distinct ethos of a Catholic school, relevent resources and documents, approvals advice and practical advice and support on teaching in the Catholic context.
