Some resources have been developed to offer teachers guidance on how to plan for the assessment of learning in Religious Education in Catholic schools. You can download a document, with an accompanying PowerPoint presentation, which offers a step-by-step guide to the planning process for assessment in RERC.

These documents are directly related to the use of This Is Our Faith as the core guidance document for Religious Education in the Catholic school.  They have been written with the specific intention of offering guidance to teachers and school leaders on the planning of religious education in Catholic schools.

NB These resources are being developed in partnership with Education Scotland and are provided now in draft form, pending final publication, in rsponse to schools’ requests for support.
