Following the appointment of the current postholder to the post of Director of SCES, the Diocese of Motherwell seeks to employ a person of experience and good character for the post of Education Co-ordinator and Religious Education Adviser for the secondary schools within the Diocese.

(Part time, average of 21 hours per week. Salary will be dependent on experience.)

In addition to an appropriate teaching qualification and relevant and sufficient teaching experience, the post-holder will demonstrate commitment to Catholic education and to the vision outlined in the Charter for Catholic Schools. Working from the Diocesan Office, the post-holder will be part of a team which has responsibility for promoting Religious Education in the Catholic schools of the Diocese, and developing the faith formation opportunities of all in the Diocese.
