Michelle Sibanda and Anas Othman of St Mungo’s Primary school in Glasgow were presented with a plaque in Glasgow City Chambers  on 13th January, the school having come first in the P3-P7 category. P6/5 produced a colouring book on the life of St. Mungo and P6 created stories about the Tontine Heads.

This is the first year of the Molendinar Awards which have been instigated by Glasgow City Council to support schools in the work they do within the local and wider community and to improve awareness of Glasgow’s rich heritage.
