In 2016 SCES, in collaboration with CHAS and CHAPS, published Developing In Faith.

This resource is a key part of the cycle through which Catholic schools dialogue, evaluate and plan, so as to identify the ways in which each school is fulfilling their Mission.

From 2017 we introduced a reflection and reporting opportunity for schools to share the outcome of their evaluations with SCES and therefore with their Dioceses, parents and parishes.

Having these reflections from every school is vital for SCES.  It allows us to share practice, hear from schools about the challenges and solutions that they encounter and to gather robust evidence of the way that Catholic schools are distinctive in their approach to education.
